Flavia Bazzon is an estate planning attorney with Pathway Law, P.A., where she helps individuals, families, and business owners create thoughtful, personalized plans that protect the people they love and preserve what they have worked so hard to build. She believes estate planning is about more than preparing legal documents. It is about giving families confidence, peace of mind, and the reassurance that they are prepared for whatever the future may bring.

For Flavia, estate planning is deeply personal. After her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, she experienced firsthand the emotional and practical challenges families can face when a loved one is no longer able to make important financial and health care decisions. That experience shaped her commitment to helping others put a plan in place before a crisis occurs, allowing families to focus on caring for one another rather than navigating unnecessary legal uncertainty.

Originally from Brazil, Flavia earned her first law degree and was admitted to practice law there. She later earned her Juris Doctor in the United States and became a member of The Florida Bar. Before joining Pathway Law, she served for six years as a federal tax attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service after being selected through the IRS Honors Program. She also co-managed a family-owned insurance and financial services company that served the planning needs of many older adults and their families. These experiences continue to shape the practical, thoughtful guidance she provides to clients as they plan for the future and protect what matters most. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, Flavia enjoys working with clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

Outside the office, Flavia enjoys traveling, participating in charitable events, and spending time with her family and dear friends.
